What accounting software do you use?

 

We use Xero, a leading cloud accounting software provider used by accountants and small business owners globally. We are proud to be a Xero partner who can drive the digital transformation of your accounting process through the adoption of cloud accounting.

 

How do you price your services?

 

Our prices vary depending on the complexity of operations, volume of transactions and reporting frequency. The starting prices are as follows:

  • Annual packages - from $800/year

  • Quarterly reporting package - from $450/quarter

  • Monthly reporting package - from $200/month

What happens if we exceed the volume of transactions as agreed?

 

Be rest assured we only revise prices upwards when there are fundamental and prolonged changes to your business operations. One-time fluctuations in your operations will not incur additional fees.

 

Can I engage you for ad-hoc services?

 

Yes you may perform your own bookkeeping and engage us for ad-hoc services such as:

  • Income tax computation and submission (from S$700)

  • Compilation of unaudited financial statements (from $500)

  • Cloud accounting implementation and data migration (from S$650)
